yaya :)

My YaYa, ahhh my little garden helper. Whenever I am out in the garden, or anywhere for that matter… one of my pomeranians, YaYa is my shadow. I got him about 5 years ago from a local breeder for free who contacted me because she believed at the time that he would require special medical care. Ya see, he was the runt of the litter and he was getting beat up on by the other puppies in his litter and she thought that he may have some form of brain damage. When I went to see him it was love at first sight. I decided that it didn’t matter what type of care he needed, I wanted to give this dog a good home. After a vet checkup, we found that he had an inner ear infection which was treated with antibiotics and that he was also prone to seizures. He also has some balance issues that I think was due to the inner ear infection when he was a puppy. It is hard for him the balance upright on his back legs, he can’t jump on the sofa like my other dogs and sometimes when he “tinkles” he puts his leg up so high that he falls over lol.

YaYa is the most loving, attentive dog that I have ever had. It is hard to believe that he was the runt… he is the alpha dog at my house now. In fact, his nickname is “Bruiser”. He is smart as a whip, awesome with children and I swear he understands everything I say. Everyone that has come in contact with YaYa falls in love with him immediately, he is a big ham. In fact, my friends and family collectively have gotten about eight pomeranians from the same breeder trying to get a dog that has his personality. His grandfather was a grand champion and he looks a lot like him. Whenever I bring him for grooming at the breeder she makes comments about how surprised she is with his health condition. I love my little YaYa. :)

  1. omg, he is ADORABLE. I can see why you love him so much. I want to just pick him up and cuddle him from the pictures. The story behind it is touching too. I’m glad he found such a great home.
